Operational guidance for VH GraceLink Centres — how we meet, who leads, and how we grow together.
GraceLink Centres employ a discussion-based teaching method. All members contribute to the theme or topic discussed at every meeting. No lecture method.
GL meetings are proposed for the 3rd Friday of every month, with a minimum duration of one hour. Meeting days are adaptable — determined collaboratively by coordinators, host, and members.
The GL central coordinating body will provide a common monthly theme or activity to steer discussions and activities within the centres.
Coordinators and members have the prerogative to determine the order or programme of their meetings, including adjusting the theme to meet the need of the hour.
GL central coordinators, GL coordinators, and hosts meet every 3 months for reviews, feedback, sharing of experiences and challenges. Ad-hoc meetings may also be scheduled.
As observational oversight, GL central coordinators will make periodic visits to the centres to function as observers and offer support.
Attendance at GraceLink Centres is open to children, subject to space availability and the relevance of the discussion topic.
Hosting duties may be shared among members, with rotation from one house to another. Outdoor facilities may be used where appropriate.
Responsibility for refreshments may be assumed by the host and/or members. However, this is not mandatory when such options are unavailable.
GL activities encompass the following and more, as directed by the central coordinating body.
Holiday Rotation — "Guess Who's Coming for Lunch/Dinner"The rotation of cell members during special holidays — a joyful way to share meals and build deeper bonds.
Community Support Initiatives"Lend a Hand" and "Support Local Charities" — bringing the love of Christ into practical, visible action.
Presentation DaysSongs, instruments, and testimonies — celebrating the gifts within the GraceLink family and sharing them together.

Bible QuizzesFun, faith-building quizzes that strengthen Scripture knowledge and bring the whole group together in learning.
Joint ActivitiesGraceLink Centres have the flexibility to collaborate on activities as they see fit, fostering connection across centres.
For a change of home cell due to a change of address, cell members are required to inform their coordinator and the central coordinating body to ensure a smooth transition to the nearest home cell.
In the event of a desire or need to change home cell for other reasons, the cell member should notify the central coordinating body for the necessary actions to be taken.
"Fellowship denotes membership, partnership, community of interest, activity, feeling or experience. House fellowship is a meeting where believers and unbelievers meet to study the Word of God and pray."
A very important ingredient of true fellowship is companionship. My prayer is that the Almighty God will work with you and confirm His work with signs and wonders as you obey His commandments.
